At reglassifly™, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items

Certain products may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., used candles, bath salts, etc.). Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
